As a club, we are always extending our hands to help our fellow teammates, friends, coaches, coworkers.. pretty much everyone in our rowing family! We do our best to support everyone around us whether it is at practice in the boat, in the community, at regattas, or along the river bank cheering on a Norwalk boat race by.

If you have just two minutes to spare, please support one of our best supporters of the club as he enters his Norwalk River Rowing video in the 2015 Musicbed Film Fest.

Ryan Cunningham has been a member of the Norwalk community for over 6 years. He began as a coxswain on our youth racing team and started his rowing career his sophomore year. Ryan has helped his teammates win medals at Coopers Cup and Head of the Merrimack. Upon graduation, Ryan joined the D1 Men’s Rowing team as Marist College where he has competed in the Freshman 8+ and 3rd Varsity 8+. Ryan returned this summer to join our summer staff and coached our youth racing team as well as bring a love to the sport for new rowers on the development team.
Last September Ryan created an inspirational video for the club that truly shows how much love and dedication goes into such a glorious sport and how we will always continue to

promote a lifelong passion for the sport of rowing among both it’s youth and adult members.

If you see him by the club with a video camera, be sure to wave hi to the camera!
