Youth and Adults are Welcome!!!
What to do and expect

Arrive around
9:00am for some coffee and bagels

Socialize
with rowers ending their Saturday Open Row

Be ready to
have fun and learn a bit about rowing!

No
appointment necessary

Wear exercise
clothing that allows you to move freely (baggy shorts don't work too well).
- Athletes under 18 years old need a waiver signed by a parent/guardian (waivers will be available
on site)
