When the weather is cold, and there is ice on the dock, our athletes still want a way to stay in shape – always dreaming of that time when they can get back on the water.
We are offering Coached programs on:
At the Norwalk Senior Center at 11 Allen Road, Norwalk
You can choose to train 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week during the times provided.
For those who may wish to train on their own, we are also offering a Full Winter Training plan.

Note – athletes are not eligible to participate in rowing or other training activities until registration has been completed and payment (or payment plan) made.
All coached programs must have a minimum of 6 participants in winter (you will be refunded if the program does not meet the minimum).
