Morning Rowing for the Intermediate and Experienced rower from Spring through Fall. You must have some rowing experience (a Novice Rowing program, prior experience at another club, ideally at least 6 months experience) to participate.

Our dedicated coaches are there to serve you – to assess your skills and help you improve.  You want to race? Our coaches provide guided workouts geared to your next race.

Discounted pricing for NRRA Members. If you are not an NRRA Member, choose the Non-Member option below – or better yet, consider becoming an NRRA member and support this organization. We also offer Premium Memberships – pay one price for the year and automatically be eligible to be included in any of our Masters rowing programs (one per season). See our Membership page.

If you do not have much experience but are itching to learn more, one of our Novice programs may be better suited to you.  If you want to Learn to row, check out our Learn-to-Row classes.

We also offer private and group lessons for those who are trying out strokes for the first time or  for those that want some individualized instruction.

Note – athletes are not eligible to participate in rowing or other training activities until registration has been completed and payment made.
