Refund Policy

Coached Programs

Cancellations within one week prior to a program’s start date will be refunded in full minus a $50 cancellation fee.
Withdrawal from the program within the first two weeks will be refunded in full minus a $100 cancellation fee. *See exception for Summer Programs
After two weeks, no refunds will be given. *See exception for Summer Programs
Credits may be given towards future programs under special circumstances. Whether or not a credit is awarded and the amount of that credit is at the Director of Rowing’s discretion.
Refund requests for withdrawals due to injury or prolonged illnesses will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Practice Cancellations due to weather are non-refundable and typically are not rescheduled due to time constraints.
In the event that a race or event is altered or canceled, regatta fees will be refunded in the form of a credit toward future regatta fees to the extent of the club’s ability to recover funds already paid to other vendors. This amount, if any, is at the Director of Rowing’s discretion.

Summer Programs

Membership & Boathouse Storage

Memberships will be refunded at the rate of full cost minus 10% per month starting from the membership renewal date, March 1. Cancellation on or after April 1 will receive 90% refund, on or after May 1 will receive 80% refund, etc.
Program fees and rack fees are nonrefundable.
In extenuating circumstances, the Director of Rowing may grant a partial refund of these fees.

2. Coached Programs (Learn to Row, Intermediate)

Once a program has begun, there will be no refunds.
Credits may be given towards future programs under special circumstances. This is at the Director of Rowing’s discretion.
