In the winter, the weather gets cold and ice forms on the river.
But the rowers keep on going – indoors!
Winter is a great time to work on fitness, strength and technique.
Choose one of the Winter programs we are offering:
- Adults – for the experienced and new! 3x per week mornings.
- Youth Racing Team (High School) – Competitive
- Varsity/JV – 5x per week for the experienced rower
- Novice – 3x per week, limited rowing experience. New rowers welcome!
- Youth Development Team (6th grade and up) – non- Competitive
2x per week. Gain skill and fitness in a non-competitive environment. A great place to dabble and see if you want something more.
