You’ve seen them on the river, in the Olympics, in the news!

In case you have not heard of the benefits of rowing, here are just a few:

  • Beautiful days on the water
  • Outstanding exercise – rowing is a whole body sport combining cardio and strength
  • Great social atmosphere
  • Big Fun!

At Norwalk River Rowing, we’d like to introduce you to this great sport.  Adult Learn to row programs in the summer take place while the sun is still up, and the evening breezes cool the air. No better time to be on the water!

Summer 2017:  (ages 19 and up)

  • Session 1: 6/12 – 7/7 (4 weeks) – M, W, Th  6:30p-8p
  • Session 2: 7/10 – 8/4 (4 weeks) – M, W, Th  6:30p-8p
