Norwalk River Rowing  provides a great environment for youth! We teach respect, discipline, team work and commitment. All of this while they get fit, fast and have fun.

Racing Team is for the high school student who enjoys competition. The team travels around the region on weekends to regattas to compete with other high school athletes. Practices are M-F  with Saturday morning practices on non-regatta weekends.

Fall and Spring Programs (more information)

Previous experience required to start on  the Varsity Racing Team.  Practices are M-F  with Saturday morning practices on non-regatta weekends.

For the new rower, or rower that has been racing for less than a year.  No previous experience required. We love new rowers!  We will teach you!

For athletes who enjoy rowing but do not want to race. Lower intensity training. Focus on perfecting skill and time on the water.

Summer Programs – schools out and we can spend more time on the water  – getting stronger, gaining skills. (more information)

Winter Training – when it is cold outside, we go inside and work to get stronger and more fit. Sign up for our Winter Training programs to get ready for Spring sprint races! (more information)
