Middle School and High School (entering 6th grade and up)

Want to Learn to Row? We  offer Learn-to-row programs for Middle School and High School students.  Scroll down for more information.
You learn basic rowing skills on land and water. Once you get the knack of it, you transition onto the Development-Experienced Team. High School rowers will be promoted to the Race Team when you are ready to make the commitment to the extra training and the coaches feel you are ready.

If you decide to continue on, we will apply your Learn-to-Row fee to your follow-on program in the same season.
It’s like learning to row for free!

The Development Team is our non-competitive rowing program. Emphasis is on rowing technique, boat handling, physical conditioning, teamwork and fun as well as preparation for the High School Racing Team.  Some on-water rowing experience is required.

Come join us on the beautiful Norwalk River!
