Middle School (ages 12-14)
Want to Learn to Row? We offer Learn-to-row programs for Middle School students.
You learn basic rowing skills on land and water. Once you get the knack of it, you can transition onto the Development-Experienced Team.
The Development Experienced Team is a non-competitive rowing program for Middle School students. Emphasis is on rowing technique, boat handling, physical conditioning, teamwork and fun as well as preparation for The High School Racing Team. Some rowing experience is required (see our Learn-to-Row programs below if you are new to the sport). Practices meet 3 days per week.
Come join us on the beautiful Norwalk River!
