Norwalk River Rowing is proud to be hosting the 2013 Lighthouse-to-Lighthouse Open Water Race.
This is a 7 or 14 mile race starting at Shady Beach in Norwalk, circling two lighthouses, one in Norwalk and the other in Darien, returning to the same location. All sorts of human powered vessels are welcome (including fixed and sliding seat rowers, solo and tandem kayaks and outrigger canoes and SUPs).
The race is followed by a barbecue and lots of yarns about the racing adventures.
