2014 Annual Meeting of the Membership
Please plan to attend the 2014 Annual Meeting of the Norwalk River Rowing Association Membership.
Date: February 25, 2014 (Tuesday)
Time: 7:30 pm
Location: 4 Daskams Lane, Riverway Condo Community Room
(entrance to building located on the driveway side, opposite side from water, about the center of the building—park only in lots designated for NRRA)
All are welcome. Only those eligible may vote. Eligible voters will receive a separate notice.

You are eligible to vote at the 2014 Annual Meeting if:
- You are a master rower/member of NRRA who has paid the 2013 annual adult membership fee in full, and remain in good financial standing with the organization. (Family memberships are entitled to one vote only.
OR
- You are a youth rower age 18+ or you are a parent of at least one youth racing team athlete that has completed two consecutive seasons on the racing team (not including summer/winter) and enrolled in the current season. (Each immediate family is entitled to one vote)
If you are unable to attend the meeting, it is crucial that you return your proxy ballot no later than February 25, 2014 at noon to the NRRA office. If returning by mail, ballot must be postmarked by February 24, 2014. If you are emailing your proxy ballot, please send to maaraujo@optonline.net by noon, February 25, 2014.
