Parking Message from the LOC:
Because limited parking is available at Indian Well State Park, parking within the park is reserved for cars carrying boats, boat trailers, utility trailers, crew buses, crew vans and passenger vehicles with handicap parking tags. Note that in order to facilitate parking in a limited space for the large number of car-topping scullers, all scullers will be required to unload their boat before moving their car to its parking spot. All other competitor and spectator passenger cars will park offsite. Regular bus service is provided between the offsite parking location and Indian Well State Park. Allow a minimum of 30 mins for transit time during peak hours. Drop-offs at the park entrance are not permitted for safety reasons. Please note that camping, alcohol and dogs are not allowed in the park.

Coaches & Coxswains Meeting: 7:30 am at the Administration Tent.
VERY IMPORTANT! Athletes, at this regatta you will “wet launch” your boats. You will step into the water on a sandy beach with boats over heads. Bring appropriate footwear so you do not risk injury to your feet while standing in the water.
Bus Departure on Saturday:
Athletes should arrive at the boathouse no later than 5:30 am. The bus will depart at 5:45 am with or without you!
Bus Return on Saturday:
It is required that athletes stay until the conclusion of our team’s races at regattas. Boats must be de-rigged and loaded onto the trailer. The work must be done. It is also required that athletes travel back to the boathouse on the bus with their teammates. Anticipated return time this Saturday is approximately 5:30 pm. Your athlete will call you when she/he is 30 minutes from the boathouse. Be on time for pickup because the bus chaperones cannot leave until everyone departs.
See you in Shelton!
