This last week-end Norwalk’s summer youth racing teams traveled to the Independence Day Regatta in Philadelphia. This year’s regatta included 1,048 entries from 91 clubs and organizations. (more…)
Five Norwalk River Rowing boats competed for national titles at the US Rowing Youth National Championships held in Sacramento California on June 13 – 15. The national championship was by invitation only, with a top finish in certain limited qualifying regattas required for an invitation. More than 1,800 athletes from 133 clubs and high school programs from 106 cities competed in just 18 events at the championships. (more…)
