Last weekend, some of our racing team athletes worked with three outstanding coaches, Yale Women’s Head Coach Will Porter, Yale Assistant and London Olympian Sarah Trowbridge, and current U.S. Men’s Head Olympic Coach, and world record oarsman, Bryan Volpenheim. This great one-on-one training opportunity allowed them to refine their skills in Yale’s world class facilities and significantly boost their fitness. (more…)

Dear NRR Families and Friends,
On behalf of The Norwalk River Rowing Association, I am writing to share exciting news. We are delighted to inform you that after the Board’s extensive search, we have selected Robin Roscillo, as NRR’s new Executive Director. Robin will be working with us on a part-time basis and when not at off-site meetings, she expects to be at the practice trailer most weekday afternoons from about 1:00 to about 5:00. Robin officially joined us on January 12, 2015. (more…)
