This is a reminder to register now for Winter Training!

Winter Training is crucial for athletes who want to be ready to race in the highly competitive Spring Season.
Winter is a great time to develop fitness, strength, and technique as well as build camaraderie with your teammates. Strength training, erging, and cross-training are among the many methods used to improve your potential as a rower.

Our winter training program is divided into 2 sessions: Winter I & Winter II. Practice times: Monday through Friday will be 3:30pm – 5:30 pm. Varsity/JV – Saturday 8:00am – 9:30am.


Winter I (11/11/13 – 12/20/13 – 6 weeks)

Varsity/JV (6 practices per week M-Sa) $725

Novice (3 practices per week: M/W/F) $475

Winter II (01/02/14 – 02/28/14 – 9 weeks)

Varsity/JV (6 practices per week M-Sa) $1,035

Novice (3 practices per week: M/W/F) $665

Combined Winter I & II – (11/11/13 – 2/28/14)

Varsity/JV $1,760

Novice $1,140

Due to the size of our Youth Programs, and to promote our mission of community and equity, programs will be divided among the following two locations. Please read carefully for the location where you should report!

Varsity/JV/Novice Boys train at Norwalk Senior Center, 11 Allen Road, Norwalk, CT 06851

Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday:

Varsity/JV Girls train at Norwalk Senior Center, 11 Allen Road, Norwalk, CT 06851

Varsity/JV Boys train at Moore Center, 37 Danbury Road, Wilton, CT 06897

Please note that Saturday morning training sessions for Varsity and JV athletes are included in the above pricing.
