Parking arrangements for visitors. Parents, friends and spectators coming to see the races on Saturday and Sunday are encouraged to take the posted diversion routes instead of trying to enter the restricted area along Kelly Drive, which may be very congested. The paid off-site parking areas are conveniently accessible from these routes, whether you are driving in from the north or from the south. The all-day parking fee is between $12 – $15.
Free shuttle-bus service. Throughout both racing days, a free shuttle service using yellow school buses marked “HOSR Regatta Shuttle” will continuously loop in a counter-clockwise direction from the off-site parking lots to the regatta site and back again. Designated shuttle stops are marked and numbered on both of the location maps, but visitors may hail the bus at any point along the route, and can likewise request to be dropped off at any point of their choosing.

Arrive at the Norwalk River Rowing boathouse at 10:45 am for an 11:00 am departure. Do not be late; the bus will leave with or without you! Bring a bag lunch. The bus will NOT stop on the way to the race course. Athletes will travel to Philadelphia, rig boats, and take a practice row on the race course.
Hotel Saturday Night: Athletes, coaches, and bus/hotel chaperones will stay at Four Points Sheraton by the Philadelphia airport http://www.fourpointsphiladelphiaairport.com/ Room assignments for athletes have been made by coaches.
Dinner on Saturday: A buffet dinner will be provided for athletes, coaches, and bus/hotel chaperones at the Sheraton Suites hotel next door.

Bus Return on Sunday:
It is the expectation that athletes stay until the conclusion of our team’s races at regattas. Boats must be de-rigged and loaded onto the trailer. It is also the expectation that athletes travel back to the boathouse on the bus with their teammates. Anticipated return time on Sunday is approximately 8:00 pm, depending on traffic. The buses will make a food stop on the NJ Turnpike. Athletes should bring their own cash to cover this. Your athlete will call you when she/he is 30 minutes from the boathouse. Be on time for pickup because the bus chaperones cannot leave until everyone departs.
See you in Philly!
